For the purposes of data protection laws, ("Data Protection Laws"), in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the data controller of any personal data uploaded by a Customer or Client User in connection with the Services ("User Personal Data") is the relevant Customer and/or Client User and Voyant will, in connection with this personal data, be the data processor as defined in applicable Data Protection Laws.
